• London's vibrant, historic electronic music community lacks a dedicated institution representing its education, culture, and complex narrative. Unlike visual and classical arts, electronic music has no location where it can be studied and appreciated in a manner that properly acknowledges its impact and relevance.

  • Museums bring communities together, empower and educate visitors, and provide appropriate respect and representation to overlooked cultural movements. Electronic music's history comprises various intertwined and interacting cultures and subcultures.

  • The Museum of Electronic Music is a push to create an engaged culture in London’s electronic music scene, acting as a force that invigorates the living culture and makes electronic music accessible to everyone. As a center of education, community engagement, and artist support, MoEM wants to help the culture unify, grow, and speak for itself.
